The platform lets you describe the data that is exchanged as well as how it is being exchanged. You can also document manual procedures in the application along with workaround options for them.
Peak periods for different processes can be defined such as hours during the day, days of the week, weeks of the month, month of the year, and so on. Your business processes can be color coded based on their mission critical for easy viewing and you can customize the impact range that your organization can have.
